Based in one of the hottest art and design-forward cities in the world, Los Angeles, Valerie DeKeyser is the creative force behind DeKeyser Design.

Fascinated with materials and juxtaposing unexpected elements and concepts together, coupled with her refined sensibility, obsession with innovation, and skill in product development, DeKeyser creates pieces that are as utilitarian as they are swoon-worthy. Each piece is handmade and hand signed — i.e. never mass produced.

Having always worked in art-inspired industries, DeKeyser’s design acumen flourished with a Master's Degree in product design from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. Her work premiered at Salone del Mobile in Italy, has been featured in global publications such as World of Interiors, InStyle, New York Magazine, and LUXE, and has sold internationally in museum shops, exclusive showrooms, hotels, and spas.
